It is mandatory for every worker to use personal protective equipment as - head covering, face masks, shoes and gloves, which they are allowed to wear only inside the factory premises while handling tea in the manufacturing process. Every worker employed at the factory is required to be medically examined and certified fit to handle food by the medical department on a regular basis.
