Craigmore Plantations (India) Private Limited got certified by Rainforest Alliance in January 2011 and holds one of the highest scores achieved by any plantation company worldwide, for its compliance levels - 98% in the 2013/14 certification audit.

GlobalGAP: Global G.A.P. certification that is headquartered in Germany, is today one of the world’s leading farm assurance programs that translates consumer requirements into Good Agriculture Practices. Currently more than 130,000 farms, spread across more than 120 countries worldwide and spread across all continents, are certified under GlobalGAP. The main aim of going in for this certification program, was to ensure that our cultivation practices followed on our plantations were in line with globally acceptable Good Agricultural Practices. In February 2011 the company was certified by the Global G.A.P. program and thus became the first tea plantation company in the whole of India to achieve this certification.
This prestigious award, is yet another feather in the company’s cap and underlines the commitment of the company in pursuing its long term goals and stated Mission to “undertake sustainable cultivation and production with adequate environmental safeguards” meeting international standards.

ISO 22000:2005 (FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS): ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies which certifies producers on international food safety standards. Craigmore Plantations (India) Private Limited, which includes all its five estates and both the factories i.e. Craigmore Factory making High Grown Orthodox Black Tea and Pascoe’s Woodlands Factory making High Grown Panfired Green Tea, have been certified by “Indocert” on the ISO - 22000:2005 standards. Being certified on the ISO-22000:2005 standards ensures that the teas produced by the company meet all food safety, hygiene and safety requirements as laid down in this internationally recognized standard.
